TOUGALOO, MS (Jan 8, 2026) — Tougaloo College controlled the game from the opening minutes and rolled past Dillard University 75-51 in HBCUAC play.
Tougaloo built a decisive cushion in the first half, outscoring Dillard 41-20 to take a 21-point lead into intermission. The Bulldogs kept pressure on after the break with a 34-31 second half, never allowing Dillard to seriously threaten the margin.
Tougaloo was led by Willie Anderson, who delivered a game-high 23 points on an efficient 8-for-13 shooting, including 2-for-5 from three, and a perfect 5-for-5 at the free-throw line.
