Danisha Shaw

Danisha Shaw is an accomplished sports professional with extensive experience as both an international athlete and a dedicated, passionate, and committed coach since 2020. With six years of professional basketball experience competing in the Czech Republic, Egypt, Mexico, Argentina, Kosovo, and Russia, she has gained a comprehensive understanding of high-level competition, diverse playing systems, and global athletic standards. 

Her background as a player continues to inform her coaching approach, emphasizing discipline, strategic awareness, and strong fundamentals.

In addition to her international playing career, Shaw has built a solid coaching résumé, serving four years as a high school assistant coach and two years as a high school head coach, where she successfully led and developed competitive and successful programs. She has also spent five years as a skills development trainer, specializing in individual player advancement, technical skill refinement, and overall athletic growth.

Recognized for her professionalism, leadership, and commitment to excellence, Shaw brings a well-rounded perspective to athlete development. Her combined experience as both a player and a coach allows her to guide athletes with a high degree of insight, preparation, and purpose, ensuring they are equipped to excel both on and off the court
